Awesome meet today!
We got first for the 4x200 and the 4x400.
I ran third for the 4x400. By the time I got the baton, I was pretty close behind the first place girl.
So I stayed right behind her until the last 200, and I passed her right before the curve.
By the time Kelsey got the baton, I was about 15 meters in front of the girl.
My time was 65.5, not too bad.
WOOOO.

Anyway, so this weekend has been pretty good so far. Did anyone watch Short Circutz on Thursday night? lmao Affion is SO FUNNY. I like the Ludacris video, even though they were making fun of him. Friday I went to see Blades of Glory with Melissa, Stacey, and Ellen. Better than Talladega Nights, but not as good as Kicking &Screaming or Anchorman. But that's saying something because those were two very funny movies. So it was good. DIE HARD FOUR COMES OUT JUNE 29TH! AHHHHHHHHHHH!!! I'm so excited! Haha, anyway, I watched 100 Greatest One Hit Wonders (only the top 20). Baha Men WHO LET THE DOGS OUT was number six! Haha, I love that song. We're Not Gonna Take It by Twisted Sister was like number five and I was like OOOOMMMGGGGG TWISTEDDD SISTTERRR AIIIIIIIIII! Because Jensen=Twisted Sister.
Anyway. Then we made The track meet was cancelled today, thank god. I was gonna say, if the frikkin White Sox don't play their game there is NO WAY we should be running. We just did hills today. I saw Seigie like five times.

Today was a good day!
I don’t know why particularly.
Well it did have to do with a certain someone from the track team.
Oh yeah and Marquise was wearing his shoe outfit.
I love that kid.
I wish he was my BFF so we could go shopping together.
Uh… the guys from Shaun of the Dead are in a new movie!!! GAHHH!
White Sox won! WOO!
I have all baseball icons, just for the occasion!
I’m doing the 4x200 and the 4x400 on Saturday.
As long as it’s not too cold, otherwise meet’s cancelled.
I miss Freddy Garcia.
OH YEAH! I’m getting G-Unit’s jersey for my birthday.
Which is April 19th btw. :)

Florida was fabulous. :)
The island we stayed on was beautiful. We took a cruise to another island one day which was fun. Dolphins were swimming next to our boat when we were coming into the harbor. One day we went to this little town with a bunch of shops. We stopped by the Shell Factory which was the hugest frikkin place ever. And Melissa just informed me that Sam gets laid in the new Supernatural episode that I missed. HELLLLZZZ YEAH! ATTABOY SAMMMYY, I KNEW YOU COULD DO IT! :) We hung out on the beach a lot, the water was really clear and nice. We also went to the Charlotte Harbor Environmental Center which was beautiful. Overall, I had a lot of fun. I might post some pictures, but whatever. SOX PLAY TOMORROW! AND I'm GOING TO MISS IT! :((( G-town lost but oh well, I like Greg Oden.
I'm so glad baseball is starting!!

Dude, my tie-dye turned out pretty cool. It doesn't look like a spider but it's all good. You know, I cannot wait until Spring Training is over. I mean gaahhhhh I NEED baseball. It's like an addiction! I can't wait for grand slams, extra innings, triple plays, hat hair (guh!), secret hand shakes, victory dances, The Dugout, BBML, first base coaches, third base coaches, catcher/pitcher, mitt secrets, almost no hit games, pre/post game interviews, winning, rivalries, big happy family-like teams, walk off home runs, stolen bases, hot uniforms, bat sounds, robbing home runs, rookies, sliding catches <3
I also cannot wait until 3:00 tomorrow so I can GO ON VACATION ALREADY.

AWESOME MEET. :)
Varsity Indoor Conference whatwhat!
I ended up just running the 4x400, because we were in the fast heat and Papa Reebsd us to get a good place. So I was like unbelievably nervous for some reason. And then saw MS (as Christine calls him lol) in the balcony where the fans watch and I was like "o shit, I better not mess up and look like a douche" since I was running third instead of second this time. Ditgoh was there too, but I'd rather forget that part. So I get the baton and we're in fourth, so I catch up so that I am right behind Conant in third. I was like almost hitting her with the baton I was that close. And I'm going on the curve with one lap to go and KJ is screaming "PASS HER, PASS HER!!!!" and I come to the straightaway and the cute boys track coach is like "C'MON GET HER ON THE STRAIGHAWAY, GO GET HER!" and so I pass Conant up and get as close to Palatine as I can. Lauren finished it up and beat Palatine. SECOND PLACE BABYYYY! Not bad, not bad at all. I can't wait until we get outside! :D

The meet was splendid.
I got a 46.0 in the 300 and 64.7 in the 4x400.
We came in first.
The track was real nice because it was 200meters instead of 160, so it was only twice around.
So I come to the last 150 and the girl is slowing down and Mac's like "GO GET HER EMILY, GO GET HER!!!!" and so I ended up beating her and V got a good time and then Lauren finished it off.
I even got a high-five from pizza guy#2. :D

TRACK WOO HOO
Great meet yesterday
Awesome spending EIGHT HOURS with my girls. :)
So before the meet, Papa Reebs talked to the Varsity relays. Which is me, KJ, Steph, Lauren, Kelsey, V, and Jaime. So he said that basically we are the Varsity team for outdoor season. And since there is no 800 medley anymore, people will get to move around in different races, like I'll do some 300 hurdles and Lauren will get some open 400s etc. :DDD
Anyway, yesterday I did the 4 lap relay, 400 and 4x400.
Our relay didn't do good in the 4 lap, mostly because KJ's leg still really hurt.
I got a 66.4 in the 400, my best time so far. Luckily I was in the fast heat, so I think the guy said I got 4th overall.
I'm pretty sure we got 4th in the 4x4 too. I was really tired because there was only the mile and 200 between the 400 and the 4x4 so I didn't get much break. I got like a 69.2, which isn't that great, but I didn't lose any ground.

Friday: Psych and House.
Saturday: Great meet. 2nd place medley medal and fourth place 400 medal for Varsity. Coached first playoff game for Wyatt's team. AND WE WON! Go Danny was beastly. Plus he totally shut Kellermeyer down. And Alex stayed on Corey really well. Everyone played great. Went over to Melissa's to watch Supernatural with Stacey, Ellen, and Steph. Best day ever.
Sunday: We won... AGAIN! We beat the first seed Iowa. Alex and Danny had great defense again on Matt, Kedric, and LD. DJ and B-Vaz did some great rebounding. Mike got a few points. Connor and Wyatt did good controlling the floor. The first points of the game were Steve's three pointer. I love my boys. We play duduDURRRR on Wednesday at 8:00. GO MSU!!!

Wow. That has to be THE best 20 point loss I have ever had in my whole career of playing and coaching basketball. And believe me, I’ve had plenty of 20 point losses to choose from. Illinois verses Michigan State. First place verses last. We played them in the beginning of the year and lost… by forty points. But what can ya do? They have a six footer on their team, in SEVENTH GRADE. Their whole game plan is to have their point guard pass to Leonard (Mr. Six Foot) and have him score a layup. That’s all they did last time we played them. Justin, Leonard, score. Justin, Leonard, score. That’s it. And we were defeated. Completely. Not by the obvious fact that we were going to lose no matter what, but because we just didn’t have fun. This game was different. Waayyyy different. We were not defeated. Actually, WE were the ones who defeated Illinois. Even though they beat us by twenty, we absolutely crushed them. Because after the game, every single one of my boys was grinning, and not one of them had a smile on their faces.
Some funny instances
1. The kid that was guarding Wyatt kept acting like he was going to steal, but never did.
me: “He’s just a fake! He fakes every time! He’s not gonna do anything!”
Kid: -spikes ball @ my head-
me: “Do you think he did that because of what I said?”
Connor: LOL “Yes…”
me: “He’s still a fake!”
2. Wyatt was wearing his leather jacket.
DJ: “Is that his?” –points at jacket-
me: -nods-
DJ: -pets jacket-
3. I told them that I wanted them to make Justin cry.
Connor: “I tried to flip Justin over, but it didn’t work.”
Haha. Maybe you don’t get it.
Oh well.
